Real Estate in Bulgaria

Bulgaria is a country, known to many tourists for its cheap resorting; it is a friendly and hospitable country. However, times change. Bulgaria is already far from being a cheap country with actively developing tourist industry. Taking into account the circumstance that it is a candidate for joining the European Union, the prices are going to grow by many times.

It is necessary to point out, that many purchasers are not very scrupulous when choosing Bulgarian real estate. Most of purchasers are interested in only two aspects: the sea and the cheaper price. Nevertheless, the most part of foreigners, buying real estate in Bulgaria (the Englishmen) prefer not the "100 meters off the sea" options, but two dozens of kilometers into the depth of the continent: it is calm, quiet and considerably cheaper. Moreover, many persons seek not the sea, but the mountains, closer to ski resorts. Thus, Bulgaria is unique in that aspect that here, everything is at hand: seas and mountains.

Regardless of anything, Bulgaria still stays the place of profitable investments. Real estate here is getting more expensive day by day. Tourism is developing. The country is being actively invested and is moving towards the official joining to the European community.
